Is my ex’s ex girlfriend stalking me on social media?

Earlier this year I was dating a guy who was apparently seeing another girl at the same time. Someone messaged me on a fake account responding to a story of mine and I noticed this guy account also followed the guy I was dating. But it turned out to be a fake account. Now months later, I’m dating someone else and this new account is watching my IG stories. My account is private so they followed me but I don’t remember accepting them. They used the same username as a guy who recently followed me who is a photographer from a place I recently visited. I don’t follow the photographer back or know him at all, he just randomly followed me. But this fake account is using his name. Am I being paranoid? Who could this fake account be? It’s private

Probably overthinking and being paranoid, but if you really want to know whom it is then message them to ask. Any time someone I don’t recognize adds my social media you can bet that I will be in their dm’s asking who it is, since my account is private and intended for friends and fam.

It is amazing how we have to watch our back on social media now. It has gotten worse than Boston etc. I dropped out of it…which I know is crazy-like… but the spam…fake people and solicitors became way too much for me. I’m back to Contacts in cell phone 🤷🏻‍♂️
