I'm Romanian, and honestly I don't think there are pretty much any Romanian girls with an attraction for black guys, but it doesn't mean that if you're handsome and polite and smart you won't manage to convince any to date you, but I don't think there is a special attraction, more like the fact you're black is a drawback not something helpful even if it won't stop all blacks from dating Romanian girls. I didn't really ever consider dating a black guy until reading this question, lol.
