Would most transgenders have the confidence to approach a man they like?

unless you are in one of those places where they tend to be more open and hang out or on some kind of app, mostly they will not. but it is very rare you will find one that you will "not know." It cost a lot to transition, takes time and a very small population

I don't think they would. Unfortunately there's a lot of hate towards transgender people.
