Should I just move?

I am just wondering if the female to male ratio is making it so difficult to attract even an average looking woman in my area. I have had ZERO dates in 3 months, and trying to find a girl who is interested is ABSOLUTLEY BRUTAL in the midwest it seems. I know I am no Ryan Reynolds, but I am relatively physically fit, fashionable, have a house, car, stable career, good personality, but nothing.

Guys, which cities have better ratios, where men are in higher demand? This sh*ts for the birds...

I was just looking at a study for other purposes, but one of the stats it had showed that people who lived in bigger cities were 20% more likely to say that there were plenty of people to date around them. So I would just pick a big city that has the sort of women you would be interested in and move there, if you are really wanting to move for that purpose.

Yeah, as long as the people are accessible to me. You can't even be more than like 20 minutes away from them and expect them to agree to meet. At least, thats been my experience...

Beats me, I guess you could try dating in a smaller northern community where there's less competition.

Years ago my older brother and I had to travel way up north to the Northwest Territories for work in a very isolated community. It was weird because the women there just stared at us. It's like they didn't see new people there very often, lol.

I hear the opposite actually. I saw that the females outnumber the males a lot in areas that are densely populated.

Did your situation improve from going up north (Its unclear to me if them staring at you was meant to imply things got better (?

We didn't stay up there for long, but I do live in a rural small town area and it's been pretty good to me.
I was married to a beautiful woman for many years that I met locally. I'm not 100% positive that I could've gotten her if we had grown up in say, Los Angeles or something?
She may have been an actress or something and out of reach.

She would've had a larger dating pool and I would've had far more competition.
I still don't think she could've found a guy better than me, who would've loved her more than I did, but she was hot to where could've dated huge pro athletes or something that I'm not.
In the grand scheme of things I think we were meant to grow up in a small town setting, away from the hustle and bustle and distractions of heavier populated areas, it made for a better marriage. Of course the internet is quickly changing things, and bringing the world to everyone's finger tips. That can be good or bad for you depending on how you use it. Maybe there's some merit to these foreign dating sites these days? There is a billions of women out there.

I haven't really used any foreign dating sites, but I know one guy who farms for me that met a Filipina woman on a foreign dating site. He actually went all the way to the Philipines and met her family, married her and brought her back. Sometimes when I would have supper at their place and visit with her, I was amazed by her. I was like 'Wow, so you actually can marry those hot Asian chicks you see on the ads and some of them are real and they come live with you?" LOL!!
Yup, they're real.
I personally think I should have her instead of him, but that's another story. She told me I should really bring a woman from the Philipines too, but my stupid pride is like "Nah, I can just find another one here" but like I said, the dynamic is changing and the local dating pool is expanding because of women using dating apps. In the future foreign dating may be my best option as well, who knows?
