no idea what "exactly" you mean when you say "pick up". but "somehow lift of the floor" should be very easy. just lifting her over his head could be a little more challenging.

Probably not. Most people can lift x solid weight, but people aren't a crate with a constant center of gravity. We shift and adjust. So lifting without dropping or losing balance, that's a maybe.
