Guys, If you are attracted to a women, do you work on yourself and then persue her?

There's no time like the present. I continually evolve, but I am what I am at this time and place. So when the opportunity presents itself, I'll pursue her unless I get the message that she's not interested.

I'm not going to put off pursuing her until I improve. LOL Either we're going to get along or we're not.

Also, how would I know how she feels about herself or if she thinks SHE needs to improve? Everyone has insecurities, but we shouldn't let them get in our way.
