We met via hinge in June and chatted for about seven days before meeting in person for Dinner and drinks on June 17 2022
He then asked me on dates every weekend and he initiated all of them except for my suggestion which was the movie date. Our dates were a mixture of Dinner, Bowling, Mini golf Board game cafes movies shopping and brunch.
During some of our dates I also brought along a pack of conversation starter cards, which allowed us to touch upon various topics such as family, marriage values past dating experiences etc
On August 27 during our brunch date, he asked that we move towards making things official as he liked me very much so we made things official and a week later I initiated our first kiss and he was quite relieved as for both of us this was our very first relationship.
From then on, I guess that is when he began taking a more relaxed tone; the texting slowed down a bit, and overall, he took a more relaxed tone when planning/initiating our dates.
He also told me he would love us to hang out more during the week after work as weekends were a bit busier for him.
Even though he pays for our dates and does not let me pay anytime, we go out since making things official; yesterday, we went on a date night that I had suggested and had a good time playing moral dilemma at a board game cafe, alongside Dinner. I told him I had booked a solo trip during the holiday season, and he didn't look too happy for me, during our drive home; I asked him if he would like us to text daily to check-in. He began telling me that he enjoys more of our face-to-face time, which is more special than texting.
A few moments later, he asked for a kiss, so we gave each other a quick peck, and I said goodbye closed the door and went inside my house. He texted me when he got home and had a good time.
I'm 25; he is 26; I guess I would be sad if he isn't interested anymore, but relationships are very much flaky nowadays.
So I'm thinking of giving him space.
