I have a rule for myself that I need to change my underwear everyday and my shirt every day because I used to go a good couple days without changing. So if she isn’t changing and pouting on fresh cloths then it would be a red flag for me. But I would also be willing to help her to get in to the habit for getting clean cloths and washing them every week or whatever.

No I wouldn't date her, I might teach her how to do her laundry and take a shower. Once she cleaned up I would date her

If she didn't change her clothing much or do her laundry, I'd give her an ultimatum, either start changing to clean clothes at least every 2 days, or walk around the house naked.

In my case it was body odor. I insisted she shower immediately. No more dates. It was very tolerant of me to continue that date at all.
