Date is joking about being bad to me on our next date?

I liked the guy but he’s making jokes about stuff which makes me uncomfortable. Like , we had this jokey thing where I would call him mean (but he wasn’t , he was very nice). After the date he told me ‘ I will be worse next time’ . I know he might be joking but it’s actually quite scary. What do you guys think?

Probably just a joke but for safety reasons keep your guard up!

Best thing you can do is explain to him that his comments doesn't make you feel very pleasant and just be honest with him about it before you date him again to see what his reaction is

I’m not sure. Maybe next date bring a friend with to watch from the distance?

I think you should keep your guard up with this guy, and if he says something that makes you feel uneasy, than tell him.
