What do you think about this guy? There is something about him?

I'm 24, I've fallen on hard times and had to take up a waitressing job at a restaurant/bar. This guy comes in all the time, I don't know much about him except that he flirts with me. He is tall, muscular, has a shaved head, a rugged beard and tattoos on his arm. He is a deck hand at the port nearby. I don't know what to think of him, there is something about him that's kind of intriguing. One time, I stretched back so my shirt lifted revealing my belly to tease him. He reached out and tickled my belly, and I giggled and pulled back, giving him a grin. One time, he came and two of us were alone in the place. We got a little flirty and he tickled my neck and and then lifted my shirt and tickled my belly in a dominant manner. He wrote his number on his tab and when I gave him his receipt I wrote mine. He called and said he wanted to take me out after my shift a a week from now and I said ok. Looking to see how he is.
