I'd say trust your instincts. It does seem a bit odd to me. It could be many things. Maybe he's gay but in the closet which is why he was so quick to show you off to his family and claim you as his girlfriend. Maybe he's bi-sexual or bicurious and doesn't want anyone to know. He doesn't sound 100% straight but if you're both having a good time and neither of you have a problem with having a good time "while it lasts" i don't see the harm in it.
He sounds bi or undercover gay in the closet Lol. I would just directly ask him if he’s taken and what’s his sexual orientations. friends with benefits still need honest conversations and rules to carry on. If you don’t feel comfortable, I would just leave the situation. So many other hook ups or friends with benefits you can get on tinder besides this one.
ok so he's great to you thats all well and done but be careful he could want to get you to get a visa 2 men no matter what like woman they will try anything once or maybe more and think about how many people he has slept with move on find someone else good luck take care of you
maybe he wants a green pass or is just desperate to date white women? however if he's from Europe then that doesn't apply and he is probably a good catch
