How do I tell my friend I'm secretly dating her crush?

So this is kind of a messy situation. Me and this guy have had a connection since the beginning of the year, but we both chose to ignore it plus I wasn't sure if I liked him like that or not. ( We're all in the same friend group by the way) My friend has had a huge crush on this guy since the year beginning and I've been helping her get with him... until she got rejected by him multiple times, she decided she needs to get over him... well that process has been taking MONTHS. So I was discussing the issue with the guy and we got to a point he confessed to me. At first I was hesitant about it because I don't wanna hurt my friend. But I spoke to another person in the friend group who said I've always been considering others feeling and I never considered my own. So that lead me to being with him. Apparently he's liked me for a long time too. Now the thing is I need to break the news to my friend and feel SO GUILTY. She's a really sensitive person and still in the process of healing. The news might break her and ruin our friendship. I have to tell her soon before she can find out from anybody else... I just don't know how to tell her or word it out in a proper way... help?
