If you saw another person being picked on. Would you try and attempt to stick up for them?

If it was physical bullying, I would wait until the bullies are gone and than give them bandages and food and water and call the police and if it was verbal bullying I would say nothing but offer a sad face to show I disapprove because if you get involved, you might be assaulted or killed, if the bully was my friend, I would have a talk with them.

Growing up we had a kid in our grade who wore a hockey helmet. Unfortunately had cerebral palsy strangled by umbilical otherwise he would’ve been fine.

In high school I would give him high fives say hi to him my friends were like wtf? I told them to leave him alone. They started being nice to him too.

One day on lunch while sitting outside we saw Derek walking along. Some grade 9 punkass was walking directly behind mimicking the way he walked. I yelled over for the guy to fuck off he actually mouthed off back.

Unfortunately for him he ended up in the garbage dumpster. I got suspended a day for doing it but the VP said it was going to be 3 but since I stood up for the other guy he dropped it to 1.

Depends on the specifics. If it’s just joshing and ribbing, especially one-on-one, no. That’s life. Not every interaction is going to suit your preferences. Deal with it. If it’s two or more on one, i’ll slide onto the underdog’s team and level the playing field. Then we can all have some fun! If it’s escalated to bullying, which means to me actually putting your hands on someone, i’ll interfere. I’ve done it before, and i’ll do it again.

I did once I was talking to a girl online and she said her ex wouldn't leave her alone and she was scared so I said "tell him you have a boyfriend" she said "but I don't!" I said "just tell him you do" and she said "who is my boyfriend" I said "me" so she told him and then he started on me and she left so I vowed I'd never get involved with anything like that again.
