Should I fired my 30 year old co-manager for flirting with college young woman employees?

My co manager is an ass I had witness with my two eyes he gives the young college woman employees the special treatment but he extremely rude to young college men and always makes complaints about them when I am running the floor the young men do an absolute good job and are so focus on the customer. I had a serious talk about him I noticed two young woman were a no show and yet they were written on the clock binder which I cought my co-manager lying telling me that this two young woman did showed up I look in the cameras they never showed up at the store this weekend. I had a serious talk with this co-manager explain that I do not tolerate disrespect that he must respect every employee not just woman. He won't off calling me an old Karen. I not old I am only turning 30 almost.

Absolutely no question you should. He’s not only breached his professional duty to you and himself, but he has set himself up in a position where he could expose you to liability. Someone like this is likely grooming these women for an affair and is not beyond using their jobs as leverage to do so. I’m sorry this person sounds a little bit like a predator as well as an extremely dark person and you should not want to be in business with this person. From what you’ve told me that should be a no-brainer.
