How to comfort your girlfriend when she's sad?

My girlfriend said she saw something on Facebook that was traumatizing she doesn't wanna tell me she's shaking really bad. How can I calm her down?

I was shaking two hours ago myself from something someone posted. The thought of her scares the shit out of me leaves me with really bad anxiety and fear. Just have to give it time to wear off. I been trying to weightlift to distract me. Find something to distract her get her mind off of things
