Can you help me write an apology letter?

This guy told me he thought he wanted to date. But then realized that he didn't want to. He apologized to me saying that he know it wasn't fair to me. I got so upset and lost it I went off on him completely. Because I was really hurt and I said a lot of things to him via text. I called him a liar and said a lot of things that I shouldn't have. I called him on Thursday to talk to him and apologize. But he didn't answer (I'm actually surprised he hasn't blocked me). So I want to write a letter and leave it in his mailbox.

I regret my obnoxious behavior. Words cannot express the sadness that I have been feeling. Since I lashed out at you. I let my emotions get the best of me.

I am not afraid to admit that I was wrong and I didn't do anything twice. Sometimes people lash out when they are hurt and upset. He may eventually talk to me again.

No, I just left a letter saying he should have just said he wanted to be friends with benefits. And that he didn't have to act like he wanted to date me. And I said I would be back to pick up my stuff. I didn't say anything about lying.

Look, I know what I did was bad and crazy. I have bad anxiety and I have been hurt in the past. And I felt really comfortable with him. And when he said he didn't want to date I felt like he was abandoning me. Because I felt so close to him you really wouldn't understand.

No I do its so obvious that u are not in the right mental state to be dating and that previous trauma is what makes u freak out the qay u do but guys don't want partners lile that as they tend to cause a lot of drama over small things

I'm saying that I am going to write a letter and apologize for my behavior. And I don't see why that's a bad thing. People make mistakes and admitting when you are wrong is the first step.

You keep rubbing it in my face like yeah I know I f*cked up. But that doesn't mean I can't apologize for my mistake. And actually, explain why I acted the way that I did. He may talk to me again eventually in time.

I'm not arguing you're basically trying to convince me not to write the letter. Because you're saying it won't make a difference and that he won't ever talk to me again. And I'm saying that there is no way that you would know that. People fall out all the time and sometimes they end up talking again. Just because he doesn't want to talk to me right now. That doesn't mean he'll never want to talk to me again.
