Introverts dating introverts?

Sorry for making this so long! If you're an introvert, have you ever dated another introvert? How was it? Guys if you are, how do you go about getting the girl you like? I'm an introvert and this new guy friend of mine gives me a lot of compliments and offers emotional support sometimes. But he doesn't go out much and basically works and stays home. At first I thought maybe he just wasn't interested in me that much, because he'd go quiet for days or weeks but all of his guy friends would also complain to him about always being MIA and staying home a lot. I texted him to let him know that I didn't want to bother him but I miss him and wanted to stay in touch in a light friendly way. Then he said that I could never bother him and let's meet up sometime. We both agreed to meet up sometime but since he's working a lot and I'm in school it's a little hard to find time. Plus I don't know where we should go. And he's quiet and hasn't said where he wants to go either lol. I just feel like it's weird being attracted and trying to date/get to know another introvert. Anyone had any success?
