If older women would act more like men, ( pay for dates, chase men, buy him gifts ) then theyd gain respect with age.

I chose A. I think the reason why men are programmed to not see older women is because by that point women have figured out how to manage a relationship, and if men were to be attracted to that then reproduction would cease (assuming women still stopped producing eggs at around 35). And of course, ensuring reproduction is MUCH more important than living a harmonious, loving life with someone.
