Am I mad at the wrong reason?

This weekend I was going to drive 2 hours to see my boyfriend. We are LD and each weekend we come see each other. My boyfriend is a truck driver and got off late. I was still willing to come but he said he was too tired and he didn’t want me driving in the dark. (Ofc I drove in the dark before. Isn’t no problem) I told him regardless of him being so tired I still just wanted to be around him and gave a little bit more time to spend with him. He was persistent in me coming the next day and I started getting upset. So overall I just decided to cancel this weekend meet up. Am I getting mad for the wrong reason? I would be glad someone driving 2 hours to see me regardless if I’m ‘too tired’ or not.

Someone is definitely being a bitch in this situation, and it's not him. If you don't understand that sometimes people need time to rest and recharge, you haven't worked enough in your life.
