Am I in the wrong for being upset?

So I live with my mom and I’m pregnant. My brother came for a visit with a car part for my mom’s car with his dog. I work from home and my mom wants it to be quiet because of the neighbours. So I had to stay in my room so the dog doesn’t bark. It’s 11:30 and he comes in my room asking if I’ll be ready to go at 12 to drop off the car. I’ve been working from 6am with no breaks and snacking on some cookies and drinking water. Usually I get a breakfast at around 10 but I couldn’t go out. So I told him that I need to eat and I need time to get ready and he says that I don’t need to get ready just put my coat and go in the car. At this point I’m actually starving. I know my mom made him a huge breakfast like always and I’m the one who buys all the groceries and I couldn’t have been dropped off or saved anything.

So once I was done at 12, I went out, dog barking and all and I made breakfast then my mom tells me to leave that she’ll make it. Then my brother says that they’re going to drop the car off. They left at 12:40 and as he’s leaving he says maybe he’ll go visit my ex and tell him how big I am. I haven’t spoken to my ex for months and I was really hurt by this. So I told him off and not to mention his name ever again. Then he comes back and says oh you’re so strong today. So I told him to just leave that I’m done.

In the past it’s always been like this. My mom always serves him, makes him meals etc. I guess I’m hurt because they both knew that I haven’t left my room to eat and I literally told him this as well when he came asking and he didn’t care that I’m hungry or need time to get ready. I’m more hurt now because I’m pregnant and having to do everything alone. Always some type of drama comes up because my mom has more pressure to do things for him and takes it out on me. He came last night and said I’m big how I look like an elephant.

He texted me how he doesn’t want to argue and that he’s sorry. Should I just let it go and hold it in for the next two days?

I would advise re-thinking the situation from the perspective of someone else. Everyone is always carrying their own agendas with them. I'm not trying to imply that anything you did or said was wrong. The problem with assigning blame is that it never seems to solve anything besides pissing people off. If you do a thorough self examination you might be able to see the events in a new context. We tend to get married to our perspectives so it is difficult but the reward is this, If any type of suffering or unhappiness in the result of your own thinking, expectations can be changed. It might take work and its not fun but if we can't change ourselves we can't change anyone, You can't train anyone anyway. They may do what you ask, even anticipate what you want but usually when we want a loved ones help, we want it willingly offered and done not as a chore but as a part of what a relationship is. You will go crazy trying to make other people not only do the things you think they should do but also, do them with the proper attitude. It sounds like you have quite a narrative developed but at some point the decision on whether to be happy or be right may surface

you have right to be upset, sounds like they don't consider your feelings much nor understand you... although your mom should. It sounds to me like they are upset with you and taking it out on you subvertively.

But you kinda made a situational mess and you may have to take some grief til the emotions are healed up.

fyi... your child absorbs it all even now before born. I wish the best for you and your child, that you have the support you need and deserve.

Make sure this post gets re-written and clarifed and all the gag women read it because these are the risks they take. The guys don't have to deal with a 20lb stomach, aching breasts, and a variety of other items. Girls do.

Kids are lots of fun though, got one here. If you have the right support in relationship, build solid family around you, it's very good. It takes a village sometimes.
