Is there something weird about my pedicure or is my date a creep?

I went on a first date and had just had my nails and pedicure done, I didn’t like the colour that much considering how much I payed for them lol. Anyways, I noticed my date kept looking at my feet several times it was obvious and then he literally stepped on my foot with his sneakers ON PURPOSE. (We were sitting next to each other not across). Like I had to move my foot because it hurt and I was weirded out!.
Is he a creep or what should I amake of this.
