Why do older men prefer tiny, petite flat-chested women over women with bigger breasts and curves?

This can be a touchy subject, but I'll face it head-on.

I don't exactly know why I'm attracted to petite women. People are attracted to those whom they are attracted to.

Petite to me doesn't mean a boyish figure with an absence of feminine curves. None of the photos accompanying your question define my vision of an attractive, petite woman. Not that any of the women pictured are unattractive to me, it's just that none of them fit my ideal of an attractive petite woman. I can think of a number of real women in my real world who do fill that bill for me.

I have appreciation for that which nature has brought forth, not objectification. I take into account that a lovely lady is someone's daughter, sister, etc., and that she is a fully human being.

I don't buy into the concept that a man must avert his gaze from a beautiful woman. I've seen many a woman's face light up when I've proffered a gentlemanly smile in their direction.

I have no qualms nor make any apologies about stating that which appeals to me. As the saying goes, "I'm married, but I'm not dead".

One thing that comes to mind, and I don't know why, but I have a feeling of being a protector of sorts when in the presence of petite women, not that I consciously think that they are in need of my protection. It's a primal feeling.

I'm a relatively tall, averagely built man, so it's not that a petite woman is necessary for me to physically tower over, so to speak.

I didn't need to become older to have that preference.

It's always been there for me.

Are you seeking a conclusion that there may be a generational difference in the preferences of men today, or that men's preferences change as they age, or perhaps some other conclusion based upon responses given here?

The majority of men in general prefer thin fit women over fat women. That doesn’t mean they are looking for flat chest women. Obviously we like boobs, but shape and perkiness are more important than size. It’s better to have some nicely shaped symmetrical Bs than some lopsided double D saggin pancake boobs with silver dollar nipples that are all veiny that you have to roll up to put back in your bra. The older you get, the more gravity catches up with you. Quality over quantity. Thin women generally have nicer butts. Obviously if you have no ass, that’s not good, but a lot of thin women have nice round asses with out all the cellulite and jiggle that big girls have. Bubble butts are ideal, but again quality over quantity. Fat chicks generally have thunder thighs and their legs are not all that appealing. When you are thin, your face is generally more attractive as well so long as you aren't an anorexic Skeletor. I don’t know what is hard about understanding men like women that look healthy, not obese. Being fit, having a little muscle tone, having good skin without tons of tiger stripes (stretch marks), not having tons of cellulite, etc. is just more desirable. Everyone will compromise a little, but they will shoot for women that tend to take a little better care of their health. It’s kind of common sense.

They don't. Most guys that I see aren't with tiny women by societal standards. Most men I see are with women of average or above average height that are not flat chested with thicker thighs and legs along with decent sized tits and ass. This notion that most men like tiny child sized women with no ass or tits is complete BS. Come to the USA. There are hardly that many women below 5'2 that would qualify in this category. Even the tall guys i've seen are with taller girls and on occasion women of around average size that are THICC not tiny and lacking physical features.

In general older men have a similar range of preferences as younger men. Some prefer skinny, others curvy.

But, older men who explicitly go after younger women (esp under 24) may do so precisely because they prefer a skinner figure, and most women fill out as they age.

If we are being excruciatingly blunt, women tend to peak in beauty in their mid-20s. So, if a guy my age is explicitly seeking younger then that *something* is going on.

I prefer small breasts. Small breasts tend to be firmer and to fit in my hand.

Sorry girl, but I do not agree at all. I'm getting older and prefer by far big chested women with confortable curves. I think that when a guy had a preference for petite flat chested women, that taste won't change very much over time. I always prefered big breasts, and that has not changed over time.
