The problem with crushes is that in most cases, they are unilateral. If you tell her now that you gave her the present, she will feel under pressure to either return it to you if her feelings are not reciprocated or then to distance herself from you.

Sending an anonymous present is like stalking a person. It is not a wise thing to do because now she must be wondering who is giving her something that she has not asked for or did not expect.

I personally would not like to receive presents from people that I know nothing of because it would put me in a very uncomfortable situation.

However, if her feelings are reciprocated and if she has also a crush on you, then by all means, let her know that it was you that gave her that present.
