Why did my boyfriend say this?

So the other day my boyfriend was going through my Instagram and he picked out a photo I posted of myself when we were dating in the early stages and said ‘that’s quite a revealing photo and why did you post that when we were first going out?’

Why would he say this?

If you had one, he may have come to intuit it, and that would explain it.
Otherwise, it could be he is starting to have feelings for you (which will comport that jealousy is one of those feelings).
