Twice. Girls communicate in hints. If she deosnt reply after the second time, keep itnmoving, she's not interested. It's worth mentioning that women love attention even when they aren't interested in you. So once a woman sees you're not interested in orbiting, she'll often reach out again because she wants you to orbit, not necessarily because she likes you. In this situation, I'd still keep it moving. Because if she actually liked you, she would have conversed with you when you reached out initially.
