How do I start actually acting out and trying to get the girls?

I already lost so many opportunities to maybe get beautiful girls because i don't know how to act out and get those girls. And I'm not Even shy or introverted.

I'm not sure what to come up with but i certainly have no interest doing anything that those lame pick up boys are doing to get girls. They're idiots and not helpful with bullsh-tting the girls. And i also don't aim for restaurants as first dates. I'm a modern person favoring gender equality.
