We have been speaking for a week and he’s just disappeared he saw my message and it has been nearly a day he hasn’t responded.. but he’s posting on Instagram don’t know if I should message him and say ‘ what happened to you 😂 ‘ or say ‘ were have you disappeared to 😂 ‘ don’t know what I should do it’s just casual conversation.. but I want to know what’s happened to him

If a guy is truly interested in you, he will respond and you won't be in doubt. . . unless he is one of those guys who thinks it's unmanly to show any interest in a female. If he's one of those guys, this isn't a big loss. And if he isn't that interested, you haven't lost much. Don't get too invested in something like this too quickly and keep yourself free to move forward without looking back.

It's up to you really and how much more energy you want to put in that relationship. If you think it's worth saving then communicate to him how you feel. If you don't then just move on without him.
