In all honesty, yes. However, if a guy looks hot and is of an average height, it will not make me any less attracted to him. I like it when a guy towers over me, I find it cute and endearing.

Finding someone attractive is miles different from me wanting to date them. I would not date a guy just because he is tall. I need to find his facial features attractive. I also need to be compatible with him and have chemistry. If he is just tall and lacks in everything else, it would be an instant no from me! Looks attract me, personality makes me stay. Me staying is much more vital than me being attracted to someone. I find a lot of people attractive, does not mean that I'd date all of them.

not as a dude but I understand why women prefer taller men than shorter men even if height isn't something that can changed.

that being said, height alone isn't enough and it's a combination of many other physical features for example 5'7 Zac Efron is still more attractive than 6'9 Shrek.
