I mean if you want to give her a chance you can, I actually met a stuck up girl once, she was also extremely mean to people and after putting my ego aside and as i spoke to her more I actually noticed it was a protective shield she created... a persona as other might say, the girl was by herself and I would believe that someone can stick so hard to a persona that it changes a person, from that shell she created I would have never guess she was clingy and I'm sure there's many other things I would have discovered if I stood long enough, she made an exception to not be rude and mean to me, she started calling me a lot, too much to the point she would spam, at that point is when I realized I was maybe carrying this girl on because she obviously wouldn't admit that maybe she had some form of attachment, I didn't know but in case she did I decide to not carry her on, so I cut her off after telling her I wasn't going to speak to her anymore ( not in a rude way) personally I didn't want to witness her being rude to people and stuff so after some time she stopped spamming me and I never heard of her again, my point is that maybe this girl created a persona as well and maybe she isn't like this deep down, you just gotta build a bond, I wouldn't blame you if you didn't want to give her a chance but something I learned from that is that not everything is the way it looks.

You don't do anything. Let her crush. If she asks you for a date, and you aren't interested, then politely decline. Do not tell her why, either make up a convenient fiction or just say "That's very sweet but I don't think it would work." "Why?" "Just a feeling, can't explain it."

It would not. People change. A lot of being "stuck up" comes from insecurities -- people who feel inferior for some reason soothe themselves by asserting their superiority to others (Been there, done that).
