Most railway workers are men and most firefighters and cops are men so the world would have economic backlash due to lower food landing in grocery stores, more forest fires that wait for rain and more crime. But women are important too since most day care workers are women. As well as most nurses.

I think it would be nearly the same as if women disappeared; people would be shocked for a while depending how the men disappeared and then they would try to maintain the world so everything doesn't instantly crumble in some really stupid way.

Not much... 24 hours is not long enough for everything to go to hell. Now, if men disappeared for a month, you'd see women taking over the jobs that men do, kind of like what happened when many of the men went overseas in World War II and women took up typical-male jobs.
