Most women will never grasp what it is like being an average or even an above-average man and that women are not interested in us. I'm not gonna mention the "top 20% of men" because that's already a 'dead horse' to beat.

I think that women think, that we have girls messaging us on the regular kind of like as much as random blues are contacting them out of the blue.

ever since birth, boys have been placed in the box of an oppressor and girls in the box of a victim thus any male accomplishment is meaningless and failure is "his fault" even for something outside of his control i. e. his looks, height, money, status etc. whereas any female accomplishment is celebrated and failure is due to the "patriarchy"

more and more these days, a man's worth is being determined not by his achievements, his skills, his competency but by the number of women that like him. even if you're a man who doesn't wish to seek out women's validation, society will force you to want it or risk letting your bloodline die out. rappers be singing degrading songs about women all the time but they have no problem attracting women but let an unattractive man point this out and he gets all the negative labels thrown at him.

the responses I see on this site in regards to posts from people being unable to find a partner is quite eye-opening. for women it's just coddling but for men it's endless gaslighting so it's easy to see why a lot of men do get driven to suicide. while it's not a good thing to be coddling men, we aren't honesty with ourselves when we scream out "male privilege" and "we need gender equality" when shit like this happens.

when a man (who is likely unattractive) commits suicide, no one cares. it becomes less competition and weeding out undesirable traits from the gene pool. men have and will forever be expendable in society no matter what time period and women will always be valuable and protected. that's just how life is.

as far as sex is concerned, women are giving it away to attractive men who have options and these men are a smaller minority than the larger majority of unattractive men so it's easy to be seen as uncared for when an intense competition is bound to have more losers than winners.
though if you really want to get down to the nitty and gritty, no one caring about other people is pretty much what our society is right now. we have our own problems to worry about. it's whoever can shout the loudest first gets their problems acknowledged.

TV news and shows are PRESENTED by mostly women and watched by mostly women so it makes sense that they only care about themselves but in the end of the day, men don't care so much just like the women making these media don't care so much about male problems

And these "winners" are using these women to their advantage and then these women end up hating men (and leaving with a "hating" mindset) and having depression so they are not happy. The women that chose to do that are just stupid and it's not that they're gonna be with a guy. There is only a few of these guys for the majority of women to be with. So it's not like they're gonna get what they want.

Men die sooner, they are over 90% of workplace accidents, they often work the most dangerous jobs on earth (hint, police officer isn’t even in the top ten), they get screwed by divorce courts, and they receive greater prison time than women for the identical crime!
BUT… I also hate the “Women have it easy trope as well”. We are more likely to be the victim of a violent sexual crime, while we commit domestic battery at roughly the same rate as men, we are 90% more likely to die as a result of IPV! We pay more for dry cleaning, deodorant, RAZORS (#PinkTax), we definitely pay more for underwear even though there is considerably less fabric, and we are almost exclusively cat-called just for walking down a street to get to school, work, etc… Oh, and periods!
Neither sex has it better! There are drawbacks to either gender, and if we just stopped trying to compete for victimhood status, we would realize that women's weaknesses are usually mens strengths, and vice versa! If we just called for a gender detente, and sat and talked, we’d realize that we are different BECAUSE we need each other, I believe it’s by design, and I’m certainly no religious fanatic!

I wasn’t complaining about the pink tax, or the price of razors. Mostly because I know that women's razors are more expensive to make because of our softer skin, they need to be sharpened at a different angle, and they frequently include wire “nick-guards” across the blades. However, this is like one of those English tests we all took in middle school where you read a paragraph and they ask you “what was the main message of the paragraph”. The issue being that you picked “B: that the pink tax is a major issue for women” while the correct answer was “D: Neither sex “has it easy”, but neither does either sex have it uniquely hard. There are some advantages to being male, but there are also some advantages to being female. Similarly there are major issues facing men in todays society, and there are major issues facing women in todays society.” So in other words, both men AND women face unique struggles that the other does not fully understand. But if you prefer to take a complex gender issue and boil it down to “we pay too much for razors”, well then good luck to you sweetie.

While, I do believe that men and women both have our advantages and disadvantages, I don't believe in this day and age that's its equal.. The only advantages to being a man at the moment I can think of is that we have a higher physicality, and we don't necessarily need as much maintenance as women.. And in some situations being more physically imposing naturally does make you get taken seriously. But there's also drawbacks to the last two.. Like you'll be the first to be targeted for any attack.. Those are the only advantages I see today as a man.. Whereas women get the sympathy, the love, the support, the rallies, and and even legally (in the West at least), and they are seen as generally the better more moral gender.

Hello Laura I was specifically talking about the advantages to being male, not the disadvantages of being female.. Society forces us to try and understand women.. It makes males feel like sh! t unless we are all but bowing down to women.. I know because I have tried. to date girls who all but told me that even though I'm a good guy... I'm still a male.. I am NOT saying that there isn’t truth that women do not typically have to work as hard to date. But I feel like generally we also develop deep intimate, while also not romantic, relationships with friends. There probably would be some that reached the point you feel in your frustrations. I don’t know, you can’t really generalize all women or men or any group of individuals. But I’m sorry you’re having a hard time, genuinely sorry. Because that isn’t a good feeling. But don’t give up. As for the second question. The fact that there's a desire to want to find a shortcut, FOR ME - only speaking for myself - isn't attractive at all. To me, that speaks to laziness and it's not cute. And I'm not even talking about effort in exercising or anything like that. Although it's a result of the mindset. What you said last here, makes me think of lack of self-discipline, self-control, lack of patience, lack of determination and lack of perseverance... all traits that on the flip side I find very very attractive in a man.

Not saying that the guy has to be perfect in any of those aspects, but the mere fact that there's willingness to put in the work is a big plus. He fails, gets back up on the horse... hot. But wants to cut corners, or find the easiest solution (aversion to effort and hard work)... not hot.
