I know he has a crush on me. We are work colleagues.

He just randomly told me during breakfast hangout today, that during yesterday night he had to reject a girl who confessed to him because he did not like her. He then says he felt really bad but he had to tell her that he has no feelings for her but he appreciated that she was courageous to confess to him.
