It sounds like he doesn't want to marry you. I feel like the only valid reason a girl should give it time is when a man says, he's not in the financial position to marry you at that moment. Probably not as our views on life would really differ, id argue with that kind of man a lot and it shows such weak man signs. Its like afraid of life, i may say as well im scared to have sex to not get pregnant. Makes no sense, risks are for everyone there, being afraid you will be used shows not trust.
