You ideally need some of both but a woman with a dreadful personality is not someone you want to be around. A woman with no money but a nice personality you can work with.

For guys it's a bit different. Personality and charisma is very helpful and a differentiator but you're always going to have to put food on the table.

absolutely not! a man can be all the moral and good person he wants but if he's homeless, he's in danger. He could starve or get assaulted. it's worse for women too. It is better to date a rich man you can tolerate than a poor man who simps.

When you are building valuable things, and you are kind to people, they just kind of always want to help you and buy from you.
