Why is this guy I met on a dating app (he already set a date) responding to my texts 1 day later? Is he even that interested if he waits 1 day 2 text?

Well if he already set a date, that certainly suggests he's interested. It depends whether you're talking about him taking a day to reply to you ONCE OR TWICE... but typically doesn't take that long. Or whether you mean that's generally how long he takes to reply.

If it's once or twice... don't worry about it. At all.

If it's typically that long... you would be justified in saying something about it. Ask him about it. You really should. 🙂

Well, it is usually a bad sign if they don’t text « often » early in the relationship/dating phase.


I’m not a big texter. And I can go weeks without texting back or expecting anyone (even a lover or boyfriend) to text back or call.


BUT


From my experience, guys who don’t text in the beginning and don’t show great interest in knowing you and giving you some attention in the beginning… usually just want sex. Even if they set up dates. Been there, done that.


Take it easy, don’t get too attached too early. I hope it works for you guys.
