Him remaining mysterious and busy is a big attraction and it's working. As long as he sleeps reaches out to you when you message him... there is nothing to worry about

If he is interested texting shouldn't matter it's whether or not he engages with you at all for romance, going out, seeing you etc. If that isn't happening texting is the least of your worries.
