Because women are more conservative generally than men, and beautiful women know they have their pick of guys so there's no reason for them to resort to giving themselves away freely for nothing in return.

Women are generally not interested in having no strings attached sex- it's not good for their mental health, and doesn't appeal to a vast majority of them (various studies show women don't generally derive much pleasure from casual sex). They're more selective, even if they don't want to get married any time soon they will prefer a single, committed partner.
