16 is the age of consent in most states and, because you like him and he likes you, even if you live in one of the other states, you can date him. One argument might be because it won't last or that he is attempting to take advantage of your inexperience. However, whoever you date, it probably will not last and some guys your age will be more aggressive than most 20 year old boys.

I don't date guys more than 2 years over my age but it is not because I believe it want last or because I believe older guys would be too aggressive. I often change boyfriends anyway and I get asked by lots of boys nearer my age. Also, I know my parents would object if I dated older guys so I don't. Regardless, you are old enough to make you on decisions on boys you should date. You don't need the opinions of other people; especially people on GAG. If you like him, he is the type you can trust, and if your parents don't disapprove, I see no reason you shouldn't date him. However, if you do, in our modern society, most older people will disapprove.

Actually we don't talk to each other.. but he always stare at me through his house and when he is on his terrace he always look at my door that when will I come on my terrace.. so I think he likes me
