I wanted to ask you guys, I like a boy from my college. By the way he talk to me i assume he like me too.. he is my good friend. I want to tell him I like him. And manifest him before. Should I tell or regret after!

@spartan55 I mean in my experience it is. If your friendship is valuable, especially in a strong existing relationship then it will continue. If they let awkwardness overcome the relationship, then maybe it wasn't that strong to begin with. And more to the point, if she thinks there's reciprocation then why not? But if she doesn't want to risk it then that's a completely valid decision and one that I respect.

I agree on taking a chance because ultimately every new relationship means being vulnerable and taking that chance. But if one party has romantic feelings and the other does not the friendship has to end. Human nature takes over and one side gets jealous, exploits the other, etc it eventually ALWAYS happens.

I'd do it but at a high level by expressing interest and making suggestions. I wouldn't pour out my feelings unless you know him well. feelings can be strong, so temper them a bit to reality.
