BMWs are historically more masculine, but the more important distinction is that while this one appears to have an msport package (which is easily the most important upgrade from a looks and driving standpoint), but has light colored seats and the more stately/executive style rims, which along with the off-silver paint job make this look like a middle aged executive's car. I'm sure it's great to drive, but it's not my cup of tea - I prefer a darker and sportier look.

That depends on what's in the boot or behind the front seats:
If it's full of shoes, bags and 'decoration' - then it's a girl's car.
One other indication: seeing that it's parked on a wide open and accessible place, I'll assume that a woman drives it :D

Huh. Didn't totally think that was really a thing. In this specific case, I don't see that car as girls or guys -- that car in that photo looks powerful and sexy which could relate to either.
