Guys, what is one quality a woman must have?

A sense of vision/direction and some semblance of pursuing whatever that is. I'm not asking women to take the lead in relationships, but they need to be able to clearly articulate for me some general life plan and demonstrate for me that their actions are leading to that desired goal.

For example, a woman might tell me that she's trying to be an electrical engineer, so she went to school for engineering and is about to take a professional certification test.

Someone who cares about actual intellectual stuff and has real hobbies than living an influencer-like lifestyle. Almost every girl obsesses about getting cheap TikTok fame and posts cringe nowadays and when you ask them about their hobbies they say watching movies or partying. They are not hobbies.

Physically:  Actual female reproductive organs, like a uterus and vagina, and a menstrual cycle. And no, I don't want kids; I'm just not attracted to mentally ill men who think they're "women." The quality a woman must have FOR ME (I can't speak generally) is sensuality.

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BEING SEXY (which I don't really like).

I like a woman that dresses elegantly, wears a nice perfume, takes care of herself and knows how to tease.

That way I feel I need to put my best in order to earn the right to approach her and makes me want her more!

I guess effort. Making am effort in the relationship, making an effort to plan dates and such from time to time. Making an effort to think fk and achieve there goals.

And even just the more generic stuff making an effort to communicate well, on occasion make more of an effort with things as well.
