Girl (F21) gives me (M23) all signs of attraction, but when I ask her for a date, she backs off?

Hey, I've met this girl on February last year, we never really talked much back then, but after summer, she started to text me, we started hanging out a lot, talk about personal things, etc... She started initiating physical contact, hugging, holding hands, kissing and sometimes she even went out of her way and cancel plans just to spend time with me. For example during multiple university parties we had, she went away from her friends and spent the whole night with me. Before leaving for Christmas holidays, we were hanging out in my room and when everyone left, she remained in the room and we slept together.
At this point, everyone at my uni thinks that we are together, but here's the problem... Every time I bring up date or want to talk about us, she backs off and it leaves me confused.

Anyone had the similar situation? As for now, I'm enjoying the things we do together, but it just leaves me confused about what she really wants

Tldr: Girl does all relationship stuff with me, everyone things we are together, but she dismisses any talk related about us being in relationship.

You may have gotten ahold of what is called an attention hoe. Basically, are friend who crushes her and gives her that kind of attention because you guys are dating in your mind.
She’s getting all the emotional stuff of a boyfriend at a cheap rate under Friend.

I would disassociate and act like you’ve got some balls. She’s rejected 🙅‍♀️ you but yet there is nothing wrong. She’s got no respect for you…back off and she will chase you but never date you.
