They "deserve" it in theory but typically there is no national service that assigns you a partner who gets forced to spend their life with you, faking love etc, so there is never a dynamic of "deserving", in fact, nobody individually owes you anything. Imagine going to a random person on the street:"Hey, you owe me love, because my exes didn't treat me correctly!", this person will think you just escaped from a madhouse.
People get what they can get. If a fat girl doesn't get love, she probably went for really wrong guys so far (players) because of a really bad sense of selection, or just her personality is not good enough to compensate a too ugly appearance that is too ugly for too many guys, or she never found guys who like fat girls (and they are enough in number to find someone at some point).
It applies to anyone, you get what you allow to receive, combined to what you are worth of.

No no one deserves love, everyone wants it but no one can deserve it. Because you have no right to other peoples feelings or freedom of choice or their bodies. So they can start by loving themselves. Because that's all they have control over.
