Is it just a west coast thing or everywhere thing when it seems everywhere singles is on the Hinge App?

I’m personally not on the hinge app but it seems everyone I know single is on the hinge app, I feel it’s kinda annoying that so many people choose an app instead of making efforts for deeper connections with people they know in person that are potential dates around them for what they go on the app to try and find.

And was just curious if this is common in other parts of the US or mainly just a west coast thing of what seems everyone on an app to find dates.

I never used Hinge but I have used match, POF, zoosk, and Bumble in the past. I don't know many women my age who are single and available for dating and online sites are an easy way to meet women I would otherwise never meet.

We are not attracted if you are close and we are not pursuing. We like the easy way and that’s it IF attracted. No guy is going to torture himself with emotional deep connection 💩 unless both heads are on the same page.

You feel like everyone is on Hinge but I feel like everyone is on Tinder and it’s hardly ever for the right reasons. It may be a location thing.

Hinge seems to be somewhat popular here, never used it. I agree dating apps suck, but with like 4 girls in my social circle that are all buddies girlfriends and working in an almost exclusively male industry alternatives are limited

For millennials and Gen Zs it is. I dont not trust any date apps. I had nothing but bad experiences with fake profiles and scammers.
