What are the different bases?

I've heard the different terms

1st base:
2nd base:
3rd base:

I was wondering what they mean in the context of a relationship/dating.

Haven't heard these terms in a long time! Let me see if I remember them:

• 1st base: making out
• 2nd: groping/feeling each other above the waist
• 3rd: feeling below the waist (fingering, hand job, oral)

And of course after that comes sex if you're lucky.
