Should I tell a guy I like him?

Basically I've liked this guy for months, and I'm not gonna ask him out, I just wanna know if I should tell him I like him.

So he's really popular. Like one of those people who EVERYBODY knows. Our grade is massive, but it's impossible to find a person who doesn't know him.

He's really flirty with everyone but he talked to me a ton at the beginning of the year, and generally seemed like he liked me.

He's also dating a girl (who is also my friend's frenemy.) I really like him and he's a good friend, so I wanna know if I should tell him to get it over with so I don't have to deal with the stress.

I don't think he'd be like weird about it, but I know I'd be weird about it.

So would it cause more issues to tell him, or keep wallowing indefinitely? We only have one more day of classes together, but
I might see him next year.
