There's a couple possible interpretations, the first, and less likely, is asking if he's on your shit list. The more likely is asking if he's on your list of people you find sexually attractive or, even more likely, that you would hook up with. It would be interesting to see how he would truly to you telling him you don't have a list, and possibly quite telling as to what he's looking for.

I think it depends on the context? Maybe he thinks you are angry at him, or maybe he thinks you are interested in him. Not sure I could answer without knowing more?
