What are the signs that your boss (42m) is slowly trying to seduce you (25f) to have an affair?

I've caught him looking at my neck/chest area and my cleavage. On my second day he walked right up to my desk and it was very obvious that he had a boner (there was someone else in the room with me and when I saw it it was already there so might not have been because of me). He gets nervous, stutters around me and is gentle, he's quite assertive with everyone else. I've caught him looking at me and he always looks at me when I walk past or when he walks past me. He always compliments my work.

He also brushed my knee by accident when putting his laptop on the desk when sat next to me and didn't say sorry (you know how people normally apologise if they accidentally touch/brush past you)
