Is my boss secretly attracted to me?

Here's a list of a few things he's done:

  • Told someone that I'm beautiful, for example when my ex visited work he said "why is she with him? She's beautiful"
  • Make inappropriate jokes and innuendos referring to sex, and sometimes aimed at me
  • Adjust himself infront of me
  • Told me he admires how hardworking I am
  • Will stand and talk to me for ages when we're alone in the office, and sometimes stop talking when someone walks in
  • Tells me about his personal life and how he isn't getting any from his wife
  • Confide in me
  • Told me that when he thinks of me leaving for another job it makes him sad
  • We have inside jokes with eachother
  • I've caught him looking at me
  • Will always try and make me laugh and smile, for example I was stressed at work and he made a joke and said "it's nice to see you smiling again"
