I'm 27, he is 30. So I caught him starring at me many times. He laughs and makes jokes so he can steal a little smile from me. Also I noticed him starring when other male coworkers are around me. A few days ago he went out of way and asked a coworker (that I spent a lot of time with) if there is something between us. My coworker said no and he said : 'oh ok just making sure". Is that an excuse.. just to know what is going on.. like is he interested?
I think it's obvious that he's not only interested in you, but he's probably, at this point, fairly confident that he's going to be successful in both dating you and being intimate with you. I don't know if that's good or bad.
